Entrance

The quickest way to reach the guild is teleporting to the Warriors' Guild with a bracelet of combat. Alternatively, you can teleport to the games room with a games necklace and make your way to the guild from there. Outside the guild waiting to greet you is Ghommal, and once inside Harrallak Menarous, famous for rapier duels, will also welcome you and can tell you basic information about the guild. The large foyer is lined with various statues of kings, queens, and mighty warriors.

Minigames

Five combat based minigames can be enjoyed in this guild, ranging from a whack-a-mole mockup to balancing beer kegs on your head, among other things. These minigames will earn you Warriors' Guild tokens which can be used to access the cyclopes area on the top floor.

Animated Room [Ground Floor]

This is the first of the five minigames. Here your armour is "brought to life" only to be slaughtered by you and returned to protective wear. So basically, you fight your armour. You can create animated armour of these seven types of metal: bronze, iron, steel, black, mithril, adamant, or rune. The better the metal, the higher the level it is, and the more tokens it drops. You'll need a full helmet, platebody, and platelegs of the respected metal type to bring the pieces to life. There is a chance of loosing a piece of the armour from being destroyed after killing it, so using your only rune armour set with 15K gp in your bank isn't a good idea; however, using black armour+ is recommended to get faster tokens. There is less chance of your armour being destroyed when the metal it's made out of is stronger.
To get the armour to come to life, use part of it on one of the two animator machines. Once killed it drops the armour set (hopefully all of the pieces) and the corresponding number of tokens.
Shanomi is also found in this room who will give additional "in-the-field" information about the room if needed.

Note: The armour must not be trimmed, gilded, etc., otherwise it wont work.

Dummy room [Ground Floor]

This room is similar to whack-a-mole, if you're familiar with that game. Basically you hit the dummies that appear, but you have to hit them with a certain attack type depending on which dummy it is (Images below), so you'll need more than one weapon with different attack styles. You obtain 15 attack XP and 2 tokens for every dummy hit correctly. Memorization is very helpful in this game as each attack style dummy stays in the same place, just when they will pop up is random. If you hit a dummy with the wrong attack, you are hit some damage and temporarily stunned.
Outside this room is Ajjat who will give you the tokens you earn if you request them, and will also sell you the Attack Cape of Achievement for 99K if you have accomplished level 99 attack.

Catapult Room [Second Floor]

This is a defence based minigame with a catapult that fires various heavy objects towards you and you have to block them with a large 2 hand shield. Gamfred, the dwarf outside the room, provides the shield that can only be equipped on the catapult target (right click -> claim shield). You can also request the tokens you earn from him.
On the target the catapult fires objects at you and you have to choose the correct defence style to sucessfully defend yourself against the attacks. You will be hit some damage if you do not choose the right defence in time.
Each successful defence yields 10 defence XP and some tokens.

Shot Put [Second Level]

Warriors' guild shot put is the same as real life: you have a heavy ball that you throw across a field, attempting to get it farther than a certain distance. In the shot put room there are two fields: the one to the north with 18lb shots and the one to the south with 22lb shots. To throw a shot you will need to have no gloves, weapon, or shield equipped. Click the pile of shots (the balls), and you will be presented to choose between three throwing styles: standing throw, step and throw, and spin and throw. It is possible that you will fumble with the shot and drop it on your toes, which deals 1 damage. If you successfully throw it, the referee to the side will inform you of how far it was thrown. You can also claim the tokens you earn from these referees.
Outside this room is Sloane who will give you the tokens you earn if you request them, and will also sell you the Strength Cape of Achievement for 99K if you have accomplished level 99 strength.

Jimmy's Challenge [Second Floor]

This is a bit of a silly minigame. Basically, you balance beer kegs on your head in a storage room, which earns you tokens. You usually loose balance of these kegs when you have two balanced on your head, which will deal 3 damage to you as they fall their way to the floor. To balance the kegs, you will need to have no gloves, weapon, shield, or helmet equipped. Click on a keg to balance it, and then walk over to another keg and click on it to balance another one. When you're finished, ask Jimmy for the tokens you earned, which he will fill out a ledger and ask you to claim your tokens from someone official, like Sloane (outside the room).

Cyclops Room [Top Floor]

The Cyclops Room is a huge area on the top floor with many cyclopes. These are special cyclopes that drop defenders, which are items giving attack and defence bonuses and equips in the shield place. To get into the room you must have 100 tokens, and when in the room, 10 tokens crumble periodically. You must work your way up to the top defenders; the cyclopes will not drop a rune defender until you have an adamant defender, which wont be dropped until you have a mithril defender, etc. You must speak to Kamfreena outside the room every time you get a defender drop, and she will release the next level cyclopes. Otherwise, you will be stuck with cyclopes that drop the defender you just got. If you loose your rune defender and dropped all the lower ones, you will have to work your way back up to rune from bronze again. This is why it is good to go for multiple rune defenders or keep your adamant defender just in case.
Note: The ring of wealth does not improve your chances of receiving a defender drop; therefore, they are undesirable.

Nice guide, maybe in the third level you could suggest not to wear a ROW if getting a defender?
