i did it too, found a way to be almost totally safe when u running, and this way u minimize the losses. bring out a noob sword or anything that has a slash attack, and the materials for 25 times of watever spell ur using. you will have the time to come bak before the sword dissapears so you can cut bak through if there is nobody on ur world. having a noob account to scout helps too.

Robes:
Any Robe Of Your Choice

Amulets:
Magic Or Power

Runes:
1.2k Air
1k or 2k Fire
200-250 Bloods
150-300 Death Runes

Staffs:
Fire Staff
Air Staff

With These Following Items Your A Sure Win To Get Ur Staff And Use It OutSide The Arena

I used around 70 deaths or 100 chaoses and prayer pot n i think some sharks too when i was 60 magic,I got both zamorak and guthix staves,currently using Zamorak cape,Both can be used outside arena,This Saturday I'm gonna go get Saradomin Staff n learn the spell to use it outside arena,then I'll get 85 magic and own =P

an okay site guide for a quick one but lacks more information and pictures. Good effort though. Well done for the effort
