Murder Mystery
Items Needed: A Pot.
Required Quests: None.
Required Skills: None.
Quest Difficulty: Novice.
Start Point: Speak to any of the Guards on the property.
Instructions:
1.
Talk to the guard near the Sinclair Mansion north of Seers Village and tell him you will help find out who murdered Lord Sinclair.
2. Go to the room with all the evidence. Pick up the Pungent Pot, search the Window for the Criminal's Thread, and pick up the Dagger. (These two will be used later on)
3. Go outside and then investigate the gate near the Sinclair Dog is, it should say, "The dog barks at you."
4. Talk to one of the Gossips and listen to everything they can say, they should talk about the Sinclairs buying posion.
5. Go south, just a little east of the bank in Seers Village and talk to the Poison Salesman. Talk to him about the sales with all the Snclair family, and once you show him the Pungent Pot he will tell you it's Multi Purpose Poison.
6. Talk to all of the Sinclair children that he sold poison to, their names are: Frank, Bob, David, Carol, Anna, and Elizabeth, and ask each what they did with the poison.
7. Investigate each area they said they cleaned, one of them will not have used the poison on it.
8. Whoever didn't use the poison is your man (or woman), but you need more evidence. Go to the room with the evidence and pick up the dagger and search the window for the thread if you didn't earlier.
9. Now you need to search around for the barrel that belongs to the criminal who's pnats are the same color as the thread. Some are upstairs and two are downstairs. You will find an item that belongs to that person and must use it for their fingerprints.
10. Now go to the room outside of the mansion that's west of the cooks room where there is two sacks. Search them and you will find some flypaper.
11. Now fill up your empty pot with flour from the cooks barrel. Pour the flour on the Criminal's Dagger and then use it with the flypaper. You will get an unknown print.
12. Now get more flour and repeat the same process used on the dagger with the item you found in the family members barrel. Then use the two fingerprints together and they should match.
13. Talk to the guard and tell him you have all the evidence, he'll ask you about everything and collect the evidence from you. He should say the culprit will be on house arrest and be put on trial.
