Shield of Arrav
Requirements: Must have a friend doing the same quest.
Items needed: 20gp
Reward: 1 quest point, 600gp
In this quest you must have a friend doing the same quest, you both have to in a gang. You have 2 gang, the Black armour gang and the phoenix gang..
1. Talk to Reldo the libarian of Varrocks castle, ask if he haves a quest for you. He will say there is quest called the shield of Arrav, there is a book about it only he doesn't know where it is.
2. Search the bookcases untill you find the book of Arrav. If you read it will say that the shield was of a hero called Arrav and that it was stolen many years ago by the Phoenix gang and that the King would gave 1200gp for the shield ( a big amount of money for those days). But it didn't work and people forgot about the shield of Arrav.
3. Talk to Reldo again if he knows anything more. He will say he doesn't know anything but he knows some guy called Bareak who haves connections with the Phoenix gang. Go to Bareak who is south of the castle at the fur stall and ask where to find the Phoenix Gang. He will tell you if you give him 20gp, give the money and he will tell you they are in the south-east of Varrock and that you should join them.
Now it is time to choose your gang
Black Arm Gang
4. Talk to the Tramp south of Varrock, ask if there is anything to do down the alleyway. He will tell you there is a gang called the Black Arm Gang. Ask if you can join them and he will tell you to ask Katrine. Go inside and talk to Katrine and ask if you can join, she will tell you to get her 2 phoenix crossbows.
5. Your friend should be in the Phoenix gang to do the next step, after he got in the Phoenix gang he will get a key. That key is for the weapon store, trade him go to their weapon depot and attack the weapon master (lvl 23), kill him and take the crossbows. and congratulations you are now member of the Black Arm Gang. Now you are member, go to the next room and go upstairs search the cupboard and you find a part of a shield
Phoenix Gang 
4. Go to the south-east of Varrock go to the house with underground picture, enter it and go downstairs. Talk to Straven and he will tell you this is only for people who work here. Tell him that you know who they are. He will ask who they really are, tell him they are the biggest crime organasation Varrock ever had.
He say they aren't and he asks if they really are the Phoenix Gang what you want from them. Say that you want to work for them and he will say to kill Jonny the Beard who is in the Blue Moon inn.
5. Go to the Blue Moon Inn, kill Jonny, take the scroll and go back to Straven again.
Congratulations, you are now a member of the Phoenix gang. Straven will give you a key for their weapons store. Go to the room in the south, search the chest and you will find half shield. Give the key to your friend.

6. Go with your friend to the Museum and someone must give his shield to his friend, the person who got both parts must talk to the Curator and he will get 2 scrolls saying that he found the shield of Arrav. The other friend gets one of the two scrolls and you can go to King Roald in Varrock palace to receive your reward.
