Requirements: Must have completed Big Chompy Bird Hunting quest
Important Info: Why bother hunting silly Chompy you ask? well there is a simple answer to that question.

feathers: each time you manage to kill a Chompy (level 6 so you won't find it hard) you get in between 5-10 feathers thats a whole lot better then an average Chicken.

Range exp: Ok so the range exp from these kills aren't amazing but it still stands.

Sheer fun: Personally i love a good Chompy hunting session its a laugh
Item Info
Ogre Bow = You receive this bow during the Big Chompy Hunting Competition quest and must be provided to hunt the Chompy
OR
Ogre Composite Bow = This bow is similar to the Ogre bow in that Ogres use it
the only difference with this bow is that its faster and much more effective than its brother (recieved from Zogre Flesh Eater quest)
Ogre Bellows = Needed to inflate the toads for Chompy bait.(also from quest)
Food = Although the Chompies themselves hardly ever create dammage there are Ogres all over the place so take at least some food.
Knife = For on the go fletching making Ogre arrows as you pick up the feathers.*
Hatchet = Needed to cut logs from theAchey trees to make arrow shafts.*
Chisel = Used to grind the wolf bones into Ogre arrow tips for the arrows.*
Range Gear = This is not essential just recommended after all whats the point in ranging if you have no ranger gear on ???
A Melee Weapon of some sort = to kill the wolves
* Only needed if you are planning to make Ogre Bows.

Right then to the actual guide.
Starting Off:
To start you will need to head off to one of the designated "Chompy Hunting Zones" which all appear around the Feldip Hills area.
After finding a pond area with toads hopping about you will need to use the Ogre Bellows on the "Swamp Bubbles"
Once this is done you will have (3) attempts to catch a toad, to do this all you have to do is use the Bellows on the selected toad
Laying The Trap
Once you have all three toads in your inventory look out for an ideal hunting area for instance a clearing of some sort.
Now place the three toads one after the after in a line on the clearing.
Going For The Kill
Now you play the waiting game, try and find a good vantage point to snipe the Chompy. Once they appear go in for the kill
Note: Each time you make a kill you leave a scratch on your bow. Certain number of kills earn you rewards from Rantz the Ogre.
