I definatly wouldnt cut willows till lvl 85, yews might not be faster but theres more xp, now and then I do cut willows for about 3 hours but i would not cut willows till i was lvl 85. its just my opinion. good guide though...

it would be gr8 to be 2 in some skills (those that is so boring u think u would die) example runecrafting when 44 u can ask someone noob if he would give 1 ess for 5 airs or sell airs 10 ea and buy ess 40 each (thats 10 gp profit per ess) mining would be great if u would have an iron runner but its pretty hard to find good iron runners and in smithing its cheaper with iron bars than steel bars... i think thats it

I've heard that power-cutting at the forest south of shilo village (for legends quest) if good xp, but i've never tried it.

you said its for "f2p" stuff, but all you mention is members stuff i dont get it...

the "willows till 85" idea is very good, as 3 willows = 1 yew in exp, and i think about the same in cash. not to mention easy fletching exp.

also, getting a whole bunch of soft leather (if your a member) and making coifs is decent exp, and if you sell at champions guild, decent cash.

A couple things. First, really yews are probably a better investment after about 70 or 75. The sell for around 250gp each (well 200-300 depending on how hard the macroers are working. ) While willows go for around 30gp. Meaning you would have to cut at eight times the rate of yews to get equal profit. Yews also provide xp at a rate of 2.6 times that of willows. Now I understand how speed in upping a skill can be important however, I think yews are a better overall investment after about 70.

Smithing...I don't care what anyone says steel is not the best way to go. At conservatively 500 bar. It costs you 13.5gp per xp to use steel...counting the nature rune you get back 200 per bar invested (nature rune bought at 200 each) so after all that you spend 300 per bar or spend 8.1 gp per xp. Now iron bars are bought for 200 each. You spend off the bat 8 gp per xp. The plates high alch for 336 minus the 200, 136 per plate or 27.2 back per bar. So it comes out to 6.9 gp per xp. Thus it is better to use iron bars, which sell en mass. Also, it is not that much faster smithing with steel because either way you can just run between varrock bank and anvil on other side of street. Goes pretty fast either way.

Lastly, for crafting, you should 1) go to varrock from lvl 1-23 (tiaras) and make soft clay then go to barbarian village to make into bowls (eventually you'll have to work your way up) and then fire them for full xp. 2) Mine silver in Al Kharid and make into tiarras in Al Kharid til lvl 40.3) After this you can continue with silver (or gold) from crafting guild or if you have money and want the fastest way to uber lvl X...get loads of hard leather. 1k hard leather bodies takes about 20-25 minutes to make. That is 38k xp in 20-25 minutes...repeat until lvl is attained or you run out of money. Hard leather has a better xp to gp ration than silver (when purchace at or below 200 each) and as I pointed out is much faster.

Note to all: I just wrote this for f2p only...I am not a member. These are the fastest way's I have found to get lvls in the free world. There may be faster ways, but I have not found them and trust me at lvl 982, all f2p...I have looked for them. If you do have a faster way let me know or just correct me on this thread.
