Just looking around

Joined a few days back and have been looking through the forums to see what's going on

Guess I am a bit of an outlier in the gaming statistics as I retired from work a few years back. I used to work with computers but they were also my hobby and recreation so now I have plenty of time to play

I was introduced to Runescape through a small website I belong to where a group of adults all play, some of them from RS Classic days. Most of us take on a 'mentor' role and our young friends find it 'kool' that older people (some of them the age of their grandparents) play online games

I am primarily a skiller, and almost self-sufficient. I remember quirky little things that you don't find in the RS Knowledge Base, even though that has substantially improved since I started playing a bit over 3 years back.

You just made oldest on the forums.

We've got some early 20s/17-19 year olds but no one older. We've also got several players who came from RSC here as well, one being myself. ;D

if your really that old, you might not want to go into the sandbox. It's like a 12 year old's playground. well not so much anymore but still.

It's really nice to have you here! It's nice to see that you guys set out to help the younger member son RS. Makes the atmosphere a lot more friendly for them.
