well.. last week i havent been around.. been busy..
but saturday night, nov 5th i had an injury at work, and today was told im not allowed to work again until i get a doctors note, and that the company wont pay for it.. but the manager screwed up..
Called my lawyer today, and a few other places, and will be busy with this legal crap for alil while. Like how i wasnt offered a workers comp form, and that i was also denied a workers comp form.
Some of you wont understand this
but thats ok, basically, i have lost my job, and ill be suing the company if im not offered workers comp, and if im am charged with the bill. I work in Tennessee, so i called up the Tennessee Labor Department and they are already on the phone with the manager now. So hopefully this all goes well..
Just thought i would let everyone know why i have been busy and wont be around much lately.. Just letting those who care know.
