It has to do with Heisenberg's uncertainty principal. It states that the closer you are to the speed of light in a vacuum (1 Planck distance per Planck time) the slower time goes by
for you. Even though that a roller coaster isn't fast enough to make a difference, but if you travel at the speed of light time stops completely.
So if you are forever in a roller coaster, then time will slow down a few femptoseconds for you.
I though that that was the "Theory of Relativity" by Einstein... you also approach infinite mass as you get closer to the speed of light. Makes for one fat dude
