Anyone Know How to Make RS Videos?

Ive seen all these videos of runescape and how u can alter them and stuff. Personally, I feel kinda left out and feel like the only one who dosent know how to do this task :? . Id like to know how to make the videos or what u need to make them or if u need to kind of special software.
