Audio recording program for Mac OSX

What audio recording programs do you use for Mac OSX, and what do you rate it? Ive been trying to find a decent free program, but everything seems to cost at least $10. Any suggestions would be great.

Audio Hijack Pro - $30 http://www.rogueamoeba.com/audiohijackpro/ Audio Hijack is what I use for recording RSBANDBUpdate! allows sound to be recorded from any input then output to another sound device.
But if you want just a plain old wave recorder, audacity. Free. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
If it's more of a musical kind of track then you can use Garageband which is bundled with OS X.
