What are your computer's specs? Specifically the RAM, CPU, hard disk space and graphics card?
And is this also when you use the low detail version of Runescape?

No he asked you how much RAM you got and what kind of CPU and Graphics card you have.
If you don't know, open up "Start > Run... > dxdiag" and read there and post it.
