question

what changes do you need to make to the standard install of an operating system for the following users? include screenshots

A) deaf user..

this on about take screeen shots threw accessilbility options or is on about blue screen when installign OS cus u cant cahnge anything there.....or take screenshots....and what the accessibilty gotta do with it when it doesn taffect the blue screen when installation begins....
