AWS + T-Mobile = Pretty **** fast.
HSPA+ + T-Mobile's so-called "4G" Branding = Lol, also pretty fast.
T-Mobile being in the lower half of the American cellular subscriber base = **** quick upload speeds.

With the Verizon Thunderbolt, reviews have been popping up all over the place that the LTE speed is comparable to home internet. Holy crap, is LTE fast as hell...but I've also read that the upload speed will significantly decrease across your country as more and more people purchase lTE devices.

Now I only wish the Bell Atrix got it's HSUPA unlocked...

And of course, to throw the graphs out of proportion, AT&T just bought T-Mobile.

i know KULLA! that is nuts. maybe we can finally have service with att here.

i never saw verizon as being fast. but then having the best speed means nothing if you cannot get a signal.

either it will become a lot better.

OR they will completely tick off millions of t-mobile users who ended up having to deal with att's terrible service.

well if you think about it. they wont have to deal with their crappy service..because they now own t-mobile. so they willl have the same service if not better
also AT&T service is not crappy everywhere, i live in the northwest and i get full bars everywhere i go.

different areas give different service. but here around SF, while ATT works, many areas become a complete dead zone. there a few places where verizon dies but usually when that happens with me, it's because i'm in an area that is deep in a building.
