Runescape HELP!!!!

Ok, i was playing and i got this message saying "Connection lost - please wait.....attempting to reastablish" so i check to see if any area plugs were disconnected, none were, then i tryed to log back in and it says its already logged in!!!

and my private chat is on on, so i logged onto my other account to see if its really online and its not!!!

Can Some plz tell me whats going on?

Its a problem with the server. Was it server 46 by any chance? I heard someone else talking about 46 having some problems.
