Current Goal: 99 Smithing in 40 Days
So after I got 99 Woodcutting I decided to push for another mind numbingly simple yet incredibly time consuming skillcape and since all the ivy didn't quite rot my brain I'm going for 99 Smithing. To make things a little more interesting (and perhaps more importantly to keep me motivated) I'm going to try and achieve this goal in 40 days or less. I don't think this is an unrealistic target but it keeps me in line when I can't be bothered doing it anymore. I hope to update this post daily with my current totals and any other comments I feel are important enough to talk about. For those interested I'm smithing gold ore to bars with smithing gauntlets at Edgeville furnace. My aim is to smelt 5000 bars a day for a total of 200,000 bars over 40 days. This would put me within 12,000 bars of the 99 so hopefully I can make up those extra bars over the course of the goal.
