How I do these-
-For Defence, I train at Armoured Zombies. They are 60 to 90 thousand XP per hour.

-For mining I either mine iron or granite.

-For farming I have an undetermined way of training this because I havn't really done it.

-For fletching I fletch yew longs then I sell them back to the GE. Usually I'll make about a 10k Profit for every 1k a fletch.

-For magic, I just alch.
