My main goal isn't a 99 skill, it's to complete all the quests.

My remaining 6 quests are:
Dealing with Scarbaras
The Great Brain Robbery
Grim Tales
Kennith's Concerns
The Path of Glouphrie
Rocking Out
While Guthix Sleeps

If you think I should make an event out of this just add it with (hopefully) your support posts.
I'll see who's all interested in coming to see me get cape right before I complete the last quest and I'll let you all know.

Jan 26 Update:
The last four quests require me to gain levels in the following skills:

So from here on out I will be skilling mainly to prepare myself for the quests left.

Jan 28 Update:
I have reached my thieving goal and am now going to complete 3 of the last 4 quests.
