my goal is 80 str ( for now ) and firemaking 99 for cape, first any tips how to get firemaking from 60 to 99????? and str from 60 to 80 ( i am rune pure )

For firemaking I would say buy a ton of willows from players (more costly) and burn them somewhere, or go to a crowded f2p world and buy willows (cheaper) from the lumbridge general store and burn right next to it.

I would say burn willows also. I got my fm to 82 burning willows and it was pretty fast
