Which goal looks the best? (most important/quickest/useful)

Goal 1:
Catch 500 trout, Catch 500 salmon, Catch 200 Tuna.
Cook all. I assume about a 25% burn rate overall.

Goal 2:
Chop 100 normal logs, Chop 250 Oak logs.
Make 1500 arrow shafts.
Mine 62 Copper, Mine 62 Tin, Mine 72 Iron.
Smelt 62 Bronze, Smelt 36 Iron.
Smith 930 Bronze arrowheads, Smith 540 Iron arrowheads.
Build all 1500 arrows.
Spin 250 bowstrings.
Make 100 Oak shortbows, Make 150 Oak Longbows.
String 250 bows.

Goal 3:
120 Laps of the Gnome Agility course.

Goal 4:
Forget all that crud above and continue to boost my Slayer and Strength together.

Goal 5:
Something I haven't thought of that you think is more important.

Just fly fish the whole time, it's the fastest. And go for fishing/cooking, it's easy.

i say goal 1.

goal 3 is basically "insane". its more of the easier said than done thingy/theory/whatever

Goal 1 seems moderately entertaining.

Is there a good P2P spot to fly fish next to a bank?

Goal 3 is probably a bit iffy. I have done 25 laps each on 2 occasions and it gets very very tedious.

No one has comments on the Fletching or to chuck it all and do something else entirely?

To catch tuna near bank go catherby and for salmon and trout would be shilo village.

You could do your agility levels with quests :roll:

But go with str and attack 60, meanwhile training slayer.
