well here is how i did it :

Buy for 500 k harrlandar
-> then just pick some spieder eggs in members dungoun at edgeville

Get 46 theiving and pick herbs in the little tower above ardougne from druids, closer to bank me thinks

i like to get herbs off men and women in the pub in seers, becus they also drop clues as well as low lvl herbs

However their drop rate of herbs is way less than chaos druids..

hey dan if i were you i would go steal cakes(get 27) than go pick pocket guards and for herblore chao druids are good but try the one near adrougne cause its like empty there, but ya ill also get you low lvl herbs for ya

For theiving, do silk till 40 then guards till you drop. Guards may stink at lower lvls, but if you keep at it, its best xp per hour
