need help on goals

my goals in order are: 75 def, 75 mage, 75 range, 75 prayer. anybody know tricks for these(training areas, weapons) thanks for any help

Superheats or high alchs. You could also make your own runes with runecrafting, and then do curses.

ive heard alot of people say that crumble undead is the fastest-cheapest that you can do. is there any truth in this?

I think both high alch and superheating is faster than crumble undead, and the latter certainly has more profit. But if you mine your own essence, you can make some fine experience with completely neutral money balance.

what items can i high alch that will result in least lost money? i got my lvl this far by alching green dragon vambs and bodies

lol well i could do fist of guthix(for free) but im talkin a resonable amount of time for a resonable amount of money (remember im f2p)
