Fire cape goal

Yesterday I got my Guthans spear which completed my Guthans set. So now im of to train prayer/range by killing blue dragons. The money I make from the hides will go to supplies for the fight caves. This task will not be easy as I heard of the tough monsters in the caves.
So if anyone has any suggestions feel free to post.

oh p.s anyone wanting to be my temporary blue dragons hide buyer say so and I will add you.

I was also thinking of using my crystal bow but i dont know if it will last me through out the waves of monsters

Here's a guide I found a few days ago, He doesn't say anything in the guide about a Crystal bow but I remember a long time ago I saw a guide from the same site and he said that you need 2 Crystal bows. I don't know how you are supposed to get 2 but from what it said the main boss or one of the really high levels will need to be ranged at one time but when they first attack you it depletes like 8 of your bow's charges. I'm not sure how you get 2 bows or even if what he said is true but he had some good replys.
