My plan to get a whip is to earn 3.7mill plus my 378k is about 4.1mill.
These are my goals to reach 4.1mill.

1. Cut 4638 Yew Logs ~ 1.2mill... Will get 75 Woodcutting
2. Fish 6647 Lobsters ~ 1.3mill... Will get 76 Fishing
3. Cut 1200 Magic Logs ~ 1.2mill... Will get 77 Woodcutting

Good Luck! And just so you know, whips are still dropping. I bought mine about a week ago for 3.8 Mil :)
