Another Lennon Drawing

Had to do another Lennon drawing for school. [I had to draw three pictures with one theme. So naturally, I did my dog XD] I've already shown the first out of the three, the second one was okay, but not my favorite, and this is the third one. This was drawn using the medium "sketch and wash". It's basically a pencil that doesn't really erase and after you draw with it you take a paint brush and water and blend it all together. I used water color paper for this purpose, but I decided I liked how you can see the texture of the paper so I'm not going to add water. I think I am going to do a light background using the pencil and water though so it'll have a nice contrast. But yeah, here it is.



I think he looks like a bald baby. A cute bald baby.

I really wish I could draw as good as you. I always smudge the drawings I attempt to do since I draw with my left hand 90% of the time. So only 10% of my drawings aren't smudged.

The shading/contrast on your Lennon drawing is great, makes it look like it has texture to it.

Once again, a fine drawing you have there. Brilliantly shaded, you're a great artist. I bet you'll be graded highly on this one

this year in art we had to do a dog drawing...it didn't even look 20 times as good as yours
