Theres way too much blank space on the left so it just looks really empty. The render looks a bit too blended in with the background, if you kind of strengthened the outline of it at some parts I think it could improve it greatly.
Not really liking the text much as as soon as you notice it you don't look much at anything else, it somehow becomes the focal, if you know what I mean

Btw, the gun is cut off ;P

Of course, none of this matters if you Powercrazy likes it.

I like it, but the black space on the left looks like the signatures missing something, and that caught my attention mostly. And I didn't notice the name at first. But probably better than I could do, and colours look awesome.
