wanna have it normal size
have the text say "Waffle"
make it good colors..i would like blue and black
have some refrence to waffles in it

Be patient, if people want to take part in this they will. You can't force them to post.

Bumping is only allowed in the Recruitment in Marketplace sections with specific guidelines which can be found in the rules.

Also, please don't double post (i.e make two posts in a row without anyone replying in between). The edit button is sufficient for most cases when you need to add on to a post.
