Well I'm taking art at a GCSE level now, and our project is to draw a scene in 1 point perspective, going into the horizon. We use our sketch books as sort of a research folder and for trial and error with drawings. This is still my Year 9 work but once I start Year 10 my pictures will be much better, and I should have a scanner by then but for now, cell phone pictures :)

Any ideas or inspirations on what I could draw or who I could research (artists linked with perspective and pop art) are an enormous help. :P

hey that final year 9 picture is pretty cool. I liked it.

If you like to draw dimensions, do like downtown cityscapes. Or it's an idea atleast.

really good drawings :) I liked the year 9 one... I've always liked drawing in perspective =P but I like two-point perspectives better. much more complex and detailing :) but yeah, maybe try doing some cities... or maybe a river with woods and stuff on the banks?

Nice job on the perspective, I think you've got it down. I suggest working more on freehand straight lines as far as perspective goes, it makes the final drawing look more "alive" after going over the draft, and still look precise. I have one question: what did you use for the hexagon texture in the second picture?
