I still use CS2, Ive just gotten accustomed to it and such. I'm gonna see how CS4 is when they release the beta :)

I use Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended. There isn't much difference than CS2, but I think CS3 is a lot more sturdy. I don't get non-responsive stuff in CS3.

Err, he said Photoshop Elements not Paint. :)
And yeah you can easily use Photoshop Elements. Its just like CS2 but with features more adapted for photo editing.
