That looks more like digital manipulation. Stock photos are photos that have loose usage restrictions so that other artists can use their photos in their own art. It looks alright though, the water is a little blurry.

Well I used stock photos for the digital manipulation. I didn't blur the water. Thanks for telling me what it was.
