Seeing as Southy is making a large project I though I would too. My project is to first create a 3D model of the grim reaper and then to make him move.
It may not look so nice at the moment bit it will.

His robe
His scythe
His arm
His shirt(pretend arms are bent)

Note:Everything will look different when put together.

My only suggestion here would be to round the scythe at the blade instead of the corner before the point that you have. but it looks good.

Will the bottom be changed to more realistic bottom? right now it just looks like a cone. Nice scythe.

Yeah I kinda wondered the same about the bottom. I think it might be change though. But still it'll look great at the end.

Being honest I don't really like it. The robe really does just like a cone with a bit cut off the top, and the bones of the arm are all wrong. Each finger should have *four* bones (yes, four. the last ones do not make up part of the finger, they make up part of the hand), and there definetely shouldn't be little bones between each longer one.

The scythe is the best bit, but could also really do with some improvement. The blade just looks completely flat, and the flat ends of all the wooden bits are completely unrealistic - it would be far more rounded than that.

I think I would know what the bones in a hand looks like I have done anatomy for 2 years. and I showed to some people in my anatomy class and they all thought its good. It has 3 bones if you don't count the palm.

I like the arm, very nice.
Were you saying you want me to edit it in paint to show you what I was talking about?
