[Tutorial] Picture to Painting

Start with a new document any size you want. Paste your picture


go to filter, artistic, dry brush,

Image

set brush size to 5, brush detail to 3, and texture to 1.

press Ok and your done

Just play around with teh settings until you have a good nice look.

Thats what I do :P

Tho, I prefer a different way to give my stuff this paitning effect
