I don't see the difference either.

You need more work on the text and the style of background just doesn't fit the render :S

They both look blurry... Sig 2 looks less blurry so i voted for that one. It's okay considering I don't really like Samus. (do not flame or pm me about hating Samus, it's my opinion) 6/10
