I just made this new sig, Kudos to *Amuria of DeviantArt for supplying the image. Anyways, here it is, rate and constructive criticism please, Thanks. Btw, this and the rest of my sigs are made in Photoshop CS2.

Hm, more needs to be done to the background. It's not bad at all though.

Well, the first problem with it is the dark red. It just sort of looks dull. Try using a lighter colour along with some more effects. If you like, you can browse around our Tutorial forum if you want some specifics on how to make backgrounds.

First and foremost, you need to get a real stock or render for your sig, not something you cutout from Amuria's painting.

I'm guessing you got the render from here. That is a digital painting by Amuria, not a resource to use elsewhere. Right now you are grounds for ripping her painting, which is a copyrighted work of art.

Unless you have specific permission from the artist or it is released as a stock resource, then you might want to remove that signature from your current at RSBandB. We take graphics pretty serious here. Just in case you want to know, all of deviantArt's free resources are found here.

Anyways, pretty good work on the sig. The backround and color scheme fits well. The blending of the render and typography could be better though.
