I'm not sure about this one. The whole background doesn't show any sense of light source while the church shows the light coming from the upper right. The colour is also really inconsistent here. The background is completely black and white while the church and dove are coloured. The dove looks a little blurry with the outer glow on it and the sky is really over brushed. I don't what effect you used on the grass, but it's really mottled looking and overly shadowed. The idea was good though. If you want to fix a lot of this, try maintaining a consistent light source, consistent effects, and even colouring. Hope that helps.

Nicely done. I'm not sure if you meant to do this, but the full view of the picture, looking at the sky, it seems like you used some sort of black vector circle brushes. It doesn't look good in that area. But you can hardly notice when you look at the small view of it.

Do you have a brush set that includes church buildings and thedrals, gravestones, etc by any chance. The church in your picture looks a lot like one in that brush set I am talking about. If you don't have it I can give you a link to it if you want.

It's a good and interesting brush set. Try it out.

The only read thing I don't like is the sky.

Because the earth is circular, you don't get a perspective on stars. I would actually get some real night sky and use that instead of brushes.

Getting stock of night skies is nearly impossible and if you manage to do it, it almost always looks crap. What I'd suggest is to get a 3D rendering of a starfield instead. Brushes are really one dimensional. It's important to point out though that photomanips aren't meant to follow the laws of nature, sometimes I stick a gigantic moon in the background or something. It's just up to the person. But, personally, I think star brushes should be avoided. 3D renderings all the way.
