[Tutorial] Photoshop - Help Me

Im pretty experianced as to making sigs using photoshop. I can do the flashing text, eyes etc. How do you put in a border though? Is there anything I need to set or what?

Well a basic border in GIMP (and this method should be same for PS) is too (on a new layer) do select all and stroke the selection with a three px stroke.

If you don't know how to stroke go to edit > stroke selection. (Atleast thats how it is in GIMP, and should be the same).

You can make a border alone like a single color alone but pressing the pring screen button at the top of your key board then paste it onto ms paint then make the border yourself the way you want.
