The right side of the sig is all blurry when the left is all sharp. Hate when that happens because it really ruins the sig. :|
To fix it, add depth. The easiest way to do that is usually just to brush a layer or two on overlay/soft light, etc.

Hmm, if you would've left some of the background more visible than adding the texture..it'd look so much better. I like this, except for the text. I'm guessing you did it intentionally so that it looks like he's standing in front of "spidey", but it just doesn't seem to work out here. If you want to do that effect, try having the render placed in front of a somewhat long word. For example, if I wanted to try the effect:

Have the text say "Spiderman" but have the render in front of the "erm" or something. See? That way it looks cooler.

Other than that, looks fine.

The text doesnt do the signiature justice really, does it..okay, i would suggest that you sharpen the cloudy things more and also do that with the render cos its hard to see that its spiderman, then move the text out abit and give it a boarder, all i can say. :P
