Buying signatures isn't allowed here on rsbandb - it is agianst jagex rules to trade real life items for Runescape items (and vice versa), and that rule is obeyed here.
Therefore it is hard to pursuade someone to make you a pixel signature, as they require a lot of time and patience. It is possible, but there are very few pixel artists here anyway.
You'll find that getting a different sig would be faster, but good luck on getting your pixel

Well, It certainly isn't a Runescape item, and therefore isn't allowed to be bought with Runescape money/items.
