How do you make sigs roll like Neo 9001's sig?

I PMed Neo 9001 asking him how he makes his barsig roll (I would show the barsig but I dunno if I am allowed to) and it's been a few days. He hasn't answered me. Can someone tell me how to do it, who know how?

He means make them flip from one to one. Not just change. I kno what he means just I never did an animation like that.

I could figure it out myself. I have an idea on how it happens, but I dont think he'll be happy if I reveal it.

I have never tried this but you can try it.

Fill in the barsig with black, rising up in a few frames then once its fully black put the next barsig in a little bit from the bottom and fill it up again, and repeat.

I have no idea how you would do this but it sounds like it would work.

And the frames would have to be fast or else it could look very crappy.

And, by looking at Neo's, it looks like there are only 2 frames per barsig.

~EDIT: Nevermind, what he did was a black line. And I think the barsig floating out was turned upside down and went down while the new one rose up.

EDIT: I saw it now. Now, im pretty sure I know how he does it. But i wont copy it. If I DID make a barsig rotator, it'd go horizontally =P
