Photo Manip (only slight, was having fun)

So, I was having fun, and I got a picture from Corbis of some polar bears, here it is:

Then I was having fun on fireworks, and after a few minutes of playing around, I got this, and yes, it is the SAME picture:

yes, i do realise that small blur spot on the fur, lol. Watcha think?

I'm not really sure what you did to the photo, besides resizing it and darkening the fur.

the resize was done by photobucket. I changed the fur, whilst keeping the snow the same. I used firework's RGB curve's

That's good that you're learning to use the RGB curves, but when you manipulate a photo..making it look sufficiently different is the key. Work a little more with the photo and see what you come up with
