Eh the Renders dont really blend well with it so it makes it look a bit bad. Add some effects to the text.

But the background is good 7/10

Well, my guess would be that the background is brushed, gotta love fractal brushes 8)
You should've pick better renders, Naruto looks dyslexic in that one. You did change the font, but didn't change it's style. Please DO customize the text next time. And it's also placed on the signature badly.
