Ok, when i said the baxkground was stolen, i meant i cut the eyes out of a warcraft fan art background. I didnt rip anyones sig, arghh.

EDIT: Btw, that was my first sig.

Fan art is still intellectual property. All stealing of intellectual property is not allowed at RSBandB. The means anything found on the internet and used without the creators permission is not allowed. This applies everywhere, not only graphics.

So your saying that everyone who has a character from a well known game in their sig has had either permission or just drew it? thats bs

I didn't say anything about them having permission. In many cases they don't have permission and it isn't allowed. However, it is at such a large-scale level that it isn't even worth the while of the creator of the image to take action against those that stole the artwork. This is one of the many reasons that I don't use video-game "renders" in my artwork.
