Depends what program you're using. Are you using a program to make avatars? If so, what is it?

if you are using Photoshop you have to make many layers and select and deselect the layer on Imageready until u reach the first layer again, unfortunately i haven't figured out how to get it out of Imageready saying as it won't let you save as a .gif

), please remember that there are also Photoshop CS packs that do not include ImageReady. I was going to try The GIMP out, maybe it will answer your needs.

Or, you can just tween and save yourself a lot of time

On imageready, to save you must go on file--->save optimized as, instead of file--->save as (if that's what you're doing).
