You really need to work on using colours that complement each other. The bevel as the border doesn't look that great, try using a solid border, it looks a lot better to me. Make the text look nicer. Adding brushes or textures will make the renders look better also. I really think you can improve this. You seem to have the basic idea of what to do, so expand!
