Can someone make a banner for my clan please?

Size - 670x83 pixals
Wording - The Nutters Clan
Wording (smaller writing) - New But Tough!

And maybe some RuneScape pics? Thanx in advance if anyone can make one... :D

I do have photoshop, but it's messed up, (dunno why, but im trying to fix it... :roll: )

Thats a good banner Pooba, but, is it possible, to have no pages, and some dragon items instead, also, no books and this dragon on the side (facing the words plz) -
