 Post subject: a question for chewy or anyone else who can help

with your avatar what effect is used? i am 99% sure ive done it before but cant find it again. is it done on photoshop cs,elements, 7.0? i cant remember as i did it when i ddint know anything asbout ps. im almost sure its done on elements but cant find it :( if you can help me id appreciate it greatly

the one in chewy's avvy. its just a sketch effect. it outlines black around the outline of the person and kinda makes the colours look drawn in

ohh you mean in chewys avatar?
all he did was take a screenshot of his rs character, outlined it in black by hand, put text with stroke and glow, and made a border
