how do u make character sigs?

if anybody can make me 1 i would appreciate it..
what i would want is...........

hair color: blue
hairstyle: short cut with bangs
facial expression: grin
eye color: brown
ring: wealth
helmet,hat,etc.: mime mask
ammy,necalace,etc: glory
plate,robe,shirt,etc.: rune platebody/ legs
glove color: gold
boot color: gold
weapon,bow,staff,etc.: dragon longsword
shield,book,etc.: holy book (sara)
skin color: tan
