What i always do is search on google immages and do a custom search for medium items, but that is really only good for when you know what kind of thing or pic you want.

ye google search is a good one if you know exactly what youre looking for but if you just wanted to browse its pretty crap for that...its better if you have an avatar website to look through. there used to be a few i know i now lots of em have suddenly closed down...beats me why lol...sucks too
