seems like you using same background over and over again, turn the opacity down a little, or blend the character into the background

oh it looks like that becuse i use this backround render over over again so thats why the other sig looks simlier to this one becuse i use the same backround render over over again.
but as u can see in the avatar i did blend it but not too much becuse before ive gotten to many complants that they couldnt see it.

u can use image ready from photoshop to animate

you can also use unfreeze but you dont make images in it just make them animated, no tweening either

but its free
