well i have windows me operating system, yes im a sinner going with such a old, unstable, poor programmed operating system. I dont have the money for a new pc. as this is a dell pc, cant upgrade it much..

its still nice.. Is that windows xp only theme?

last time i tried to use a theme on my pc that was so called suited for Windows Me, it really messed things up, mostly with my gui.
